The purchase of this unit is no guarantee you'll quit. It's totally up to you!! As long as you use the device you cannot bite your fingernails. I am a prime example of this. I tried the "stop biting solution" that you paint on your nails but all I did was eat it off and then continue the munching process. I tried the gloves and even tried hypnotism. None worked. I remember my Father In Law, when he was alive, saying I can help you stop biting your nails and as a solution he said he could punch my teeth out. Well we didn't go for that!! Although I am sure it would work - a little drastic though. Again let me say for this to work you have to use the device, while watching TV, while driving, while reading or whenever you catch yourself with your finger nails in you mouth.

There is the generic size for most people (worn only on the bottom teeth) and is transparent (so most people cannot tell you have it on). We will provide 3 different sizes S/M/L but for most people the medium will fit and if you're a women maybe the small. All you have to do is put it in boiling water or hot water and then put in on you lower teeth and with your fingers help to form it around your teeth. It doesn't have to be perfect for it to work. It must cover the bottom 6 front teeth at least for it to be effective.

We can make it to fit to size but there is more to the process. We must mail out an impression tray and forming material to put on your lower teeth to form an impression and then you mail it back and we will make a form fitting unit and mail it back to you. My suggestion would be to buy two at the beginning. This will save you from doing that constant looking. I would carry one in the vehicle at all times as this seems to be a trouble spot for most of us.
